We’ll visit your property for a site visit, including discussing your ideas for the project. A fixed price will be given for the plans and council fees.

Sketch Plans

Concept Designs

We’ll produce sketch plans for the project and arrange a call or visit to discuss the plans in detail and finalise the designs.

Final Plans

Full Detailed Plans

Final plans will be prepared and submitted with the appropriate information and fees to the Local Authority for planning.

Planning Consultation

All liaison with the Local Authority for planning and building regulations will be carried out by us until the project is approved for completion.
