Your House Plan Design Process Made Simple

When it comes to your house plan design process, we have a simple and effective method to ensure we create the perfect design for you and your home.

Idea

You approach us with your idea or requirement for your house plan design, it doesn’t matter how simple or how complicated, we’re happy to have a look through with you.

Initial Meeting

It’s a good idea to discuss your ideal plan in person so we can fully understand your requirement, and we can inform you of our process, costing and timescales.

Plans drawn up

We will take away your ideas and requirements and draw up a house plan design. This is very much a plan at this stage so we are open to any ideas, amendments and changes of ideas.

Plans runs through with client

We then send back our house plan design or meet with you again to run through our designs. We can then give you more information on the specific features of the extension or amendment to your home.

Any amends

If there are any new ideas or amendments that come from you after our initial house plan design, we will add them in at this stage.

Final sign off

We will then send you the final version of your house plan design when we’re confident that our design matches your requirements as best as possible.
