The arena, situated in the NR7 area of Norwich, was once a dilapidated warehouse. However, it underwent a remarkable transformation into a multifunctional indoor sports facility. Featuring a 3G football pitch, training area, Hustle boxing fitness gym, and sports clinic, all housed under one roof, it became a hub for athletic activities. Designing around the challenge of steel columns running through the centre of the facility was tricky. Nevertheless, the solution was ingeniously simple: the pitches were divided into four sections, strategically avoiding the columns, which were also padded for safety.
