How long we keep your personal data

We will keep your personal data as set out below:

  • If you apply for employment with us and are unsuccessful, 12 months post our recruitment campaign;
  • If you purchase services from us, 7 years from your last purchase;
  • If you enquire about our services, but do not proceed to purchase, 6 months from your enquiry;
  • If you attend one of our events, but do not purchase services from us, 6 months from such event.

 

Disclosure of your personal data

You agree that we have the right to share your personal data with:
Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

  • Consultants and Subcontractors who act on our behalf for the performance of any contract we enter into with you or for the purpose of communicating with you;
  • Where instructed to do so, Social Media platforms, for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;
  • Third parties who manage domain names, hosting services, catering or event planning services [anything else] for the performance of any contract we enter into with you; and our Professional Advisors.

  • In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • If Architectural House Plans assets or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use  or our Terms and Conditions  and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Architectural House Plans, our customers, or others.
