Receive approval
The local authority or approved inspector will review the application and provide approval if the project meets the building regulations requirements.
Build the project
Once the plans have been approved, the contractor can begin construction. We may oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is built according to the plans and specifications and complies with building regulations.
Completion certificate
Once the construction is complete, the local authority or approved inspector will inspect the project to ensure that it meets the building regulations requirements. Only then can a completion certificate be issued.
