Do you need help with creating or adapting house plans? Here at AHP we can offer you affordable architectural services to make your building dreams come true. We provide architectural and drawing services for private homeowners who are looking to gain planning permission and building regulation approval, or have plans drawn for extensions and alterations to their homes. Our team consists of two highly qualified architectural plan experts who have worked across both residential and commercial projects for over 20 years.

Site Visits

We’ll visit your property for a site visit, which will include a meeting with you to discuss your specific ideas for the project. A fixed price will be given for the creation of plans, and to cover council fees.

Regular project inspections are a crucial aspect of ensuing any project is running smoothly. Site visits include the supervision of:

Sketch plans

We’ll produce sketch plans for your project.

Once complete, we’ll arrange a call or a visit to discuss the plans in detail with so we can make any alterations and then finalise the designs.

Final Plans

Final plans will be prepared to the Local Authority, and submitted with the appropriate information and relevant fees, for planning permission and approval.

Local Authority

All liaison with the Local Authority for planning and building regulations will be carried out by AHP until the project is approved for completion.

Our affordable architectural services range in price from £400 up to £1000 for planning permission approval complete with full building regulation drawings.
